Terms and Conditions
SHIPPING
We only sell the finest toilet seat bidets that money can buy. Most of our bidets ship in 1-3 days. Because of health issues, a bidet is not returnable unless it has not been used, and is still in its sealed box with the sheeting in place. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. If a product is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, the customer must contact Good Day Bidet within 3 days of shipment and keep all original boxes and packing materials for investigation by the carrier.
Shipping charges will be added to your order during checkout. Free shipping is only available to the states in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
** For Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. possessions, please select UPS 2nd Day Air.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently only shipping to Canada. Select either UPS Canada Standard, or UPS WorldWide Expedited. We are not shipping to any other countries at this time. Important: the customer is responsible for paying all import duty, taxes, brokerage fees, etc on receipt of the shipment. Refusing the shipment will result in the customer being charged for all shipping charges and fees, including return shipping fees.
**Please Note:** Charges on your credit card statement will be from "Global Stores Direct LLC", parent company of Good Day Bidet. If you need to cancel before shipment, please let us know quickly. After you order, we will send you two emails. The first is to confirm your purchase and provide you with a link where you can monitor your order status at any time. The second email is sent when your package has been shipped. Shipments to destinations in Florida will be charged 6% sales tax and a 1% handling fee (Total 7%)

Your billing name, address and phone number must match exactly what the credit card company has on file for you. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Transactions at Good Day Bidet are 100% secure with 128-bit encrypted SSL technology. Good Day Bidet does not keep your credit card number on file or use your personal information for anything except order processing and shipment.
SHIPPING to an address that is different from your BILLING address may delay your order until the alternate shipping address can be verified with your bank. (You should contact your credit card issuer and ask them to put a notation on your account showing the alternate delivery address).
Once an item has been shipped, customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways for all returns and for all defective products. Please do not ship your package back until you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the address of our warehouse. Unauthorized returns without an RMA will be refused. Customers can return most unused bidets within 25 days of shipment and Good Day Bidet will issue a credit (minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee). The customer pays all shipping costs for all exchanged or returned items. Defective products can only be returned for a replacement of the same product (no exchanges), subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Good Day Bidet does not do repairs.
All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) on the box. Please email admin@gooddaybidet.com to request an RMA number. Include your name, address,
telephone number, Order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the reason for the return. Due to health issues, we cannot accept returns on any bidets that have been used or if the protective
plastic has been removed from the bidet. Items should be returned in NEW CONDITION with insurance (in case of loss or damage) and via a traceable shipping method. You’ll also need to provide
us with a tracking number. No returns will be accepted without an authorization. Other restrictions may apply.
Warranty
If a product requires repair, either Warranty or otherwise, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly - Good Day Bidets does not do repairs, however, we will assist you in any way we can. All Warranty repairs and replacements are made totally at the discretion of the manufacturer under their terms.

The products we carry are hand-made and we cannot guarantee the time when the product will be available, or when it will be shipped. Most items will be charged to your credit card at the time you place your order. The customer assumes all responsibility for the proper use and installation of all products. The customer assumes all liability for any damages to people and/or physical property in the use and installation of all products purchased from Good Day Bidet and Global Stores Direct LLC. Good Day Bidet and Global Stores Direct LLC are not responsible in any form, directly or indirectly, for damages or injuries to people or damage to personal property arising from the purchase of any products from Good Day Bidet and Global Stores Direct LLC. The sole responsibility for the proper use and installation of products purchased from Good Day Bidet and Global Stores Direct LLC, rests entirely on the customer, or his representative, who purchases our products, or the person(s) who uses or installs our products. By completing your order, you agree that Good Day Bidet is not responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions made by the manufacturer of any product and that neither Good Day Bidet or Global Stores Direct LLC assume any liability for any damages, directly, indirectly, or incidentally resulting from the purchase or use of any product purchased. The customer, his survivors, and assigns agree not to hold Good Day Bidet or Global Stores Direct LLC responsible for any damages, and the customer agrees to pay for any and all court costs and legal fees resulting from any litigation or law suits filed against Good Day Bidet, Global Stores Direct LLC, its owners, employees or representatives.Good Day Bidet is not responsible for pricing errors and typographical errors or the accuracy of product photographs.
